A crew spent a day erecting the construction fence, covering the roof and wrapping the entire house in tarps about six months ago. Personally, I felt a backhoe and a dump truck should have put an end to the eyesore without fanfare. However, nothing has happened since then except the tarps have blown off during two or three windstorms and the plastic now protects nothing. Money wisely spent. Plans now canceled.
