Bridge underdeck

Been on quite a few runs and walks around False Creek, usually watching the boats, canoes and kayaks on the water or other people enjoying the venue. Then one day I decided it might be fun to photograph the all three bridges from below rather than side views or on level with the decks. For just a brief moment, you can hear all the traffic above and hope the engineers did all the steel calculations correctly. This shot is the underside of the Granville Street bridge displaying its symmetry.

    1. Good shot of yours. I took one somewhat the same of the Eiffel – stood right at the outside corner of one of the legs and shot looking straight up to the top. Of course, I took a few straight-on touristy ones too 🙂
